Our Maids 4 U Refund Policy

At Our Maids 4 U, we are committed to ensuring our clients receive high-quality cleaning services through our network of trusted cleaners. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve any concerns you may have.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 48 hours of the cleaning. We will arrange for the same cleaner, or a different one, to return and address any missed areas at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The issue was reported within 48 hours of the cleaning.
  • You allowed an opportunity for the cleaner to correct the issue.
  • The service performed did not meet the agreed-upon scope of work.

Please note that refunds are not available for:

  • Services that were completed in full as per your booking request but did not meet personal preferences outside of the scope.
  • Any dissatisfaction reported outside of the 48-hour window.
  • Cancellations made outside of our cancellation policy time frame (refer to our cancellation policy for more details).

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund after the re-cleaning, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds will typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
